Microvac Series (Rotary Piston)
Microvac 212J
FMG provides expert repair and remanufacturing for the Stokes Microvac 212J oil-sealed rotary piston vacuum pump with 150 CFM pumping speed and 7.5 HP motor. Operating at less than 500 RPM for longer life and superior particulate handling.
Microvac 412J
FMG provides expert repair and remanufacturing for the Stokes Microvac 412J oil-sealed rotary piston vacuum pump with 300 CFM pumping speed and 10 HP motor. Operating at less than 500 RPM for longer life and superior particulate handling.
Microvac 612J
FMG provides expert repair and remanufacturing for the Stokes Microvac 612J rotary piston vacuum pump, the largest in the Microvac series for high-throughput industrial applications.
Our Certification Program
FMG introduced the pump industry’s first certification program for remanufactured pumps. FMG-Certified™ pumps are warrantied after a full remanufacturing process. Pumps are completely disassembled, all parts and materials cleaned of process and particulates, paint stripped, repairs made, parts replaced as needed (with optimal components meeting or exceeding standards established by the original manufacturer), reassembled, re-painted, rigorously inspected, and extensively endurance tested.
