FMG provides expert repair and remanufacturing for the Brooks CTI-Cryogenics Cryo-Torr 8 cryopump with 1,500 L/s air and 4,000 L/s water vapor pumping speed for the 10-3 to 10-9 Torr range.
Cryo-Torr 10
FMG provides expert repair and remanufacturing for the Brooks CTI-Cryogenics Cryo-Torr 10 cryopump with 3,000 L/s air and 9,000 L/s water vapor pumping speed for large-capacity applications.

FMG provides expert repair and remanufacturing for the Brooks CTI-Cryogenics On-Board IS 8F microprocessor-controlled cryopump with 1,500 L/s pumping speed and Fast Regen capability.
On-Board OB-400
FMG provides expert repair and remanufacturing for the Brooks CTI-Cryogenics On-Board OB-400 cryopump with 6,000 L/s air and 17,500 L/s water vapor pumping speed.
Our Certification Program
FMG introduced the pump industry’s first certification program for remanufactured pumps. FMG-Certified™ pumps are warrantied after a full remanufacturing process. Pumps are completely disassembled, all parts and materials cleaned of process and particulates, paint stripped, repairs made, parts replaced as needed (with optimal components meeting or exceeding standards established by the original manufacturer), reassembled, re-painted, rigorously inspected, and extensively endurance tested.
