Our primary business model includes sales and rebuilding of vane, piston, dry, turbo and cryogenic vacuum pumps as well as on-site process and maintenance available to our customers. As a growing company of 40 people, you will be a key player in providing onsite Vacuum pump services to one of our main semiconductor equipment suppliers.
Summary
Reporting to the FMG Operations Manager, we are looking for a Vacuum Pump Technician to set up and test outgoing pumps before being shipped to customers
Job Duties
Set up and test the dry pumps that we rebuild and support.
Trouble shoot and repair any electrical components as necessary
Leak check and test chambers on all pumps we support then fix leaks as needed
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
Prefer experience with semiconductor manufacturing or similar mechanical background. Will accept a local, assertive new college graduate (BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) with focus on mechanical engineering
Vacuum related theory or experience is preferred
Solid verbal and written communication skills, strong work ethic, detail oriented, high sense of responsibility and a “can-do” attitude are a must
Proven success at trouble shooting, problem solving, and customer service-related experience

Reporting to the FMG Service Manager, we are looking for a Semiconductor SubFab Coordinator.
Job Duties
Respond to field engineering service calls which may include trouble shooting, installation, removal and minor repairs if needed
Be the liaison between customers and FMG factory support team
Abatement PM coordination, PO sustaining, managing suppliers as needed
Pump troubleshooting, maintain pump inventories for all models
Track pump usage hours and schedule maintenance/replacement
HXs/Chillers trouble shooting and maintenance, sustain spare part list, manage work plans as needed
Final evaluation and failure analysis reports
Some travel may be required

Provide a professional introduction to our customers and review their needs and options
Demonstrate an understanding of global, technical market trends and execute a systematic process for capturing competitive intelligence.
Leads joint teams that stay abreast of our competitors and customer products and technology
Provide Technical information flow between customer Field and Product teams
Communicate complex ideas clearly at all levels of the organization
Work closely with the Marketing and Sales Manager to develop quotes with customers
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
Prefer a Mechanical Engineering degree with semiconductor manufacturing and/or equipment suppliers’ experience. Will accept a local, assertive new college graduate
Prefer customer service or technical sales experience with responsibility for pricing and quoting. Experience in sales of vacuum pumps is desired but not required.
Proven selling, trouble shooting, problem solving, and customer service-related experience
Background in Industrial Engineering, capacity analysis, production times is desirable but not required
