New Pump Sales

FMG sells our FMG Dry pumps manufatured by Hanbell, as well as Anest Iwata and other manufacturers. Our sales team will find the right new pump for you application.

Preventative Maintenance

Proprietary computerized tracking of every vacuum pump through the entire remanufacturing process

In-House Motor & Electrical Support

Rebuild or modification of any electrical control panel
Motor bearings replaced on every dry pump and blower
Motor end-plates re-sleeved with stainless steel sleeves, when necessary

In-House Paint Shop

Standard OEM colors used.
On request, special colors used to indicate corrosive, non-corrosive, Fomblin, etc
Low VOC paints ensure that volatile organic compounds are out-gassed in FMG's “Bay Area Air Quality Permitted” spray booth, not in the customer facility

Testing Features

Run-tested for a minimum of 24 hours
Motors load-tested separately after pump disassembly
Speed and load-tested to AVS Standards
Endurance tested for minimum of 200 cycles per pump
Helium-leak checked after assembly into packages
Complete systems "bagged" and tested
